  Viscosity Grades include

  Products conform to the latest API and ACEA specifications. Diesel Oils available from API CC to Extreme Long Drain ACEA  e5 e7

• Greases

  EPM produce a wide range of grease.

  LITHIUM GREASE - this range of greases give excellent lubrication to plain and anti­-friction bearings. They have excellent mechanical and thermal stability and contain added anti-corrosive and anti-oxidation additives.

  LITHIUM E.P. having the same properties as the straight Lithium Grease but with added  E.P. properties this range is suitable for severe and shock loading. The E.P. range show very good Timken Loads and are approved by many bearing companies. This is a good all round universal grease.

  LITHIUM COMPLEX greases give the same anti wear performance as Lithium E.P. but will operate at lower and higher temperatures. Their naturally tacky consistency makes their performance in water better, overall this grease is a top performer (LOOK IN GREASES SECTION)

  Other grades and greases are available in the greases section. Specialist greases can be produced on demand.

  SEWING MACHINE OILS are a range of non-staining lubricants. EPMs specially designed sewing machine oil helps to lubricate hosiery and General sewing machines without leaving stains or marks on the fabric.

  EPM have developed a range of Incidental Food Contact Oils that are specifically formulated to be used in machinery where incidental food contact may occur.

  Using a mix of specially formulated food safe approved base fluids and a complex mixture of food safe anti-ware and anti-oxidant additives, IFC Industrial Oils produce a lubricant that will protect the working machinery and not cause problems if it comes into contact with food or food products.

  There are three ranges of EPM's IFC oil - IFC Industrial Hydraulic, IFC Industrial Gear and IFC Industrial General Lube oil.

• Specialist Oils

  EPM produce a range of Specialist Oils. These include:

  RUSTFREE the range of Dewatering and Corrosion protection covered by the Rust free fluids cover most applications from inter-operational of machined components to long shelf storage, and overseas shipping.

  The additives used give outstanding water displacement properties, leaving an ultra thin highly protective oily film. These ultra thin films are effective in the protection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals from atmospheric corrosion even under conditions of high humidity.

  Unlike some products available Rust free does not emulsify with water, and the film it leaves also acts as a lubricant.

  GOLD and POWER

  These two are a surface friction modifier. This technology modifies metal surfaces converting them to a low friction Organometallic Film. The chemical film attaches itself to the metal surface to form a constantly regenerating barrier keeping surfaces apart and lowering the friction of fluids passing over the surface.

  GOLD - Can be used in Petrol and Diesel internal combustion engines, giving the engine more power and mpg, lower fuel and electric bills, and a better engine or machine protection affording longer life.

  POWER - Can be used in conventional oils, such as engine sumps, light machinery gearboxes, heavy plant and bearings. Giving the engine more power and mpg, lower fuel costs and better engine protection affording longer life.
